Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network upgrade on the edge firewalls at our US-CA-2 facility. Maintenance Details Date Thursday, October 29 Time 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) Location US-CA-2 Facility Expected Impact Brief, intermittent network interruptions What to Expect: During this one-hour window, our engineering team will actively route traffic from our primary systems to backup devices to facilitate the upgrade. While this failover process is designed to be seamless, you may experience brief interruptions to network traffic as the transition occurs. No action is required on your part. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our infrastructure.
