Accessibility

Help us make service reports usable for more people.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. A complete audit of the website, all languages and subscription flows has not yet been completed, so we do not claim full conformance.

Features and current limitations

Pages use headings, keyboard-operable links and language menus. Status indicators include text explanations as well as colors. Arabic pages use a right-to-left layout. Some history controls, focus states, screen-reader interactions and translated wording still need full-path testing. Language switching without scripts does not preserve unsaved form inputs or browser URL fragments.

Report a barrier

For an accessibility problem, describe the page, browser, device and action that failed. Do not include passwords or private subscription links. Tell us if a different format would help. We will review reports when the contact mailbox is operational; response times have not yet been verified.
