How to use IsAnythingDown and interpret its reports.

Free access and report scope
The first version is free and requires no account. Grainpeak LLC provides saved official reports, source links and history with explicit scope. Reports can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or stale. An official report does not guarantee that a particular account, model, request or region works. Independent observations apply only to the named node and target. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is offered.
Responsible use
You may use the website, public API, RSS and MCP tools to read published information within the documented limits. Do not bypass safeguards, overload the service, submit secrets or attempt unauthorized access. Automated clients must respect rate limits and Retry-After. Access may be limited to protect availability or investigate abuse.
Subscriptions
Email subscriptions require confirmation. Notifications cover eligible saved status changes and may arrive late or fail. SMTP acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. You can change selected services or unsubscribe through the private management links. Keep these links and Webhook secrets private. RSS is a separate feed and does not send email.
Third-party sources and marks
Provider reports, websites, names and logos belong to their respective owners. Links and marks identify sources or services; they do not imply endorsement or a partnership with Grainpeak. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Check the original report before making an important operational decision.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms or the service and publish the revised date. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Report an error or ask a question using the contact page.
