What you will receive

After confirmation, emails and verified webhooks report changes to a reported problem, current maintenance or an explicit recovery. Same-state incident text changes, future maintenance schedules, collection failures and stale reports do not create notifications. Each message includes the report scope and observation time.

We store your email, chosen services, service group names and members, language, subscription state, notification preferences (frequency, scheduled time, IANA time zone, quiet hours and limits) and optional webhook settings to manage and send updates. Eligible digest batches and saved change records may be periodically removed 30 days after a known accepted, failed or cancelled outcome is recorded. Pending, processing or uncertain deliveries, unfinished attempts and records needed for sending limits are excluded from this periodic cleanup. Reviewed subscription deletion removes related private records; unsubscribing alone does not immediately erase them. Every status email includes a way to manage or unsubscribe. Email addresses, receiver addresses and private links are not sent to our page analytics. Privacy notice
